Debu is an Associate Director at GSK. Nearly a decade of experience in Clinical Data Management in large CROs and technology companies such as ICON Clinical Research, Bioclinica, Covance, IQVIA and has provided deep experience in developing clinical data management standard operating procedures, project governance, performance metrics, and automated analytic and visualization tools. He has authored and co-authored over 40 articles and is a frequent presenter, speaker, and moderator at SCDM and other therapeutic development industry meetings and academic conferences. Debu has served on the SCDM publications committee since 2019 and, in addition to contributing to multiple SCDM meetings as a presenter and session chair, was part of the team that organized the first India SCDM workshop, bringing SCDM to Clinical Data Managers across India.

Debu Moni Baruah holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Microbiology from Bangalore University and an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from Avesthagen Ltd. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, MCC (Metrics Champion Consortium – e203) certified and a Registered Product Owner™.
